Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations

• Documenting in EMR
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Educating patients and caregivers
• Utilizing telehealth when appropriate

Qualifications

• Valid OT license
• Degree from an accredited program
• Computer skills
• CPR certification
