Occupational Therapist
About the role
The Occupational Therapist at Memorial Hospital - Chattanooga will help patients regain and retain their highest functional level, enabling them to live more independently and improve their quality of life. You will evaluate and treat inpatients and outpatients, establish and implement treatment plans for those with self-care deficits, maintain accurate medical records, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, and ensure timely completion of patient care assignments.

Requirements
- Certificate Other Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapist program per AmericanOccupational Therapy Association, upon hire
- Occupational Therapist: TN, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
