The posted compensation range
The posted compensation range of $40.06 - $64.15 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Job Requirements
- Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Master's degree preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
- Current Colorado state licensure in occupational therapy upon hire or within 3 months required
Physical Requirements
- Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
- Hospital: Penrose-St. Francis Health Services, Colorado Springs, Colorado
- Hours/days: PRN, 8 am-4:30 pm, but can be flexible with hours per day. One weekend (both Sat and Sun) every 4 weeks is required. Holiday rotation required.
