Schedule & Location

• Location: 210 Liberty Hill Road, Lumberton, NC 28358
• Flexible Scheduling: Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM
• Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule
• Part-time opportunities available with option to grow to full-time
• Compensation options: hourly or pay-per-visit

Compensation

• OTR: $70,000 – $85,000 annually depending on experience ($33.65 – $40.87 per hour)
• COTA: Pay-per-visit model ($10/unit)
• Flexible pay models to match your career goals

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Passionate about improving children's lives
• Growth-minded, adaptable, and eager to collaborate
