About the role

We are seeking energetic and collaborative Occupational Therapists to join our talented team. A day in the life of a CI therapist is filled with learning, growing, creating, hard work and most of all - fun!

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children and adolescents with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall quality of care provided.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other related conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Passing scores on the national licensing examination.

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs.
• Proficiency in using various therapeutic equipment and techniques.

Pay

Competitive base salary with the opportunity to increase your compensation through productivity based compensation. Our base productivity target is a very manageable 55%, translating to just 22 client treatment hours per week.

Our schedule is flexible to accommodate your work-life balance. No weekends or night shifts!
