About the role
We are seeking energetic and collaborative Occupational Therapists to join our talented team. A day in the life of a CI therapist is filled with learning, growing, creating, hard work and most of all - fun!
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children and adolescents with a wide range of diagnoses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning and progress monitoring.
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall quality of care provided.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other related conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Passing scores on the national licensing examination.
Skills
- Excellent observational and assessment skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs.
- Proficiency in using various therapeutic equipment and techniques.

Pay
Competitive base salary with the opportunity to increase your compensation through productivity based compensation. Our base productivity target is a very manageable 55%, translating to just 22 client treatment hours per week.
