Advanced Therapy Clinic is hiring a passionate full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. We are dedicated to helping you grow and succeed while providing quality care to children and adolescents.
About Advanced Therapy Clinic
Advanced Therapy Clinic provides speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, ABA, counseling, and nutrition therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We serve clients and families in our centers, homes, and community settings. Our goal is to make therapy accessible to as many clients as possible through multiple clinic locations and rapid, carefully planned expansion. Client care is at the center of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of clients and develop and follow treatment plans.
- Assess home and school environments of clients and decide what adjustments are needed.
- Advise on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
- Educate caregivers and family members on patient care.
- Evaluate results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.
- Maintain professional knowledge and technical progress to provide the best treatment programs available.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education) or AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association).
- Certified by the National Board for Certification.
- Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and occupational therapy programs.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Patience, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well with others and independently.
- Flexibility in managing a caseload.
- Fun, energetic, and genuine interest in working with children and adolescents.

Pay
$85,000–$95,000 annually, based on hours and experience.
