Occupational Therapist
About the role
This role is built for an Occupational Therapist who wants to practice the way you were trained, keep growing as a clinician, and still have a life outside of work. At Advance Therapy, you’ll have the time, support, and mentorship to deliver truly patient-centered care — while helping patients reclaim their independence in ADLs and functional activities.
What Your Workday Will Feel Like
- You’ll focus on functional outcomes and independence — not racing the clock
- You’ll use evidence-based care, not cookie-cutter protocols
- You’ll finish documentation without staying hours late
- You’ll collaborate with clinicians who actually enjoy working together
- You’ll feel trusted as a professional, not micromanaged
How This Role Helps You Grow
We invest heavily in clinician development because your growth improves everything — your clinical confidence, your career, and patient independence. Here’s what that means for you:
- Robust Continuing Education support
- Pathways toward specialization (Hand Therapy, Lymphedema, etc.)
- Mentorship from experienced clinicians
- Leadership and advancement opportunities
- A therapist-owned company that understands your workload
You won’t just hold a job here — you’ll build a career.

- Team-based care
- Open communication
- A supportive, no-drama culture
- A growing organization (3 clinics and expanding)
We’re large enough to offer opportunity, but small enough that your voice matters.
