Occupational Therapist

About the Role

Responsible for coordinating and delivering occupational therapy services, developing individualized treatment programs, and evaluating patients across all ages from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using various data sources and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Implement therapy strategies using activities to promote health and achieve treatment goals.
• Provide direct therapy in diverse settings, ensuring coordination with medical and nursing teams.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in professional development, program development, and supervise clinical interns.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication, visual acuity, and patient care skills.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to work in a team, uphold safety standards, and demonstrate compassion and professionalism.
