We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitative care in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities Include Assisting Occupational Therapists in delivering therapeutic servicesSupporting patients with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobilityDocumenting patient progress and reporting to therapistsInstructing patients and families on proper techniques and equipment useCoordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive careMaintaining clean, organized treatment areas and following safety standardsParticipating in ongoing training to enhance skills Qualifications Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant programActive state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantAt least 1 year of relevant experienceStrong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skillsPhysical stamina for assisting with patient mobility and equipment This role requires a valid license to treat in Occupational Therapy and a commitment to providing quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.
