About the role
The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive evaluations, therapy interventions, and assessments of Activities of Daily Living for patients in medically compromised situations. They collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and monitor patient-centered, goal-oriented care plans using evidence-based practices. The OT makes high-level clinical decisions, ensuring safe and effective patient care through clear communication with patients, families, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient safety and progress interventions.
- Document clinical decisions and care plans.
- Plan discharges with appropriate equipment and support.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Safety training.

Physical Requirements
- Assist with patient movement and transfers.
- Operate therapy equipment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Schedule
Full-time, primarily weekdays. Onsite with some local travel required.
Pay
$34.00 – $39.00 per hour.
