Occupational Therapist - Acute/Inpatient Rehab

About the role

Sentara Health Acute Care/Inpatient Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist - Full Time for their Float Pool. Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury and help build or restore vocational/ daily living skills as well as general independence. Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Requirements

• Master's in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT (National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required within 6 months of eligibility.
• BLS certification.

Pay

The base pay range for full-time employment is $95,825.60 - $140,961.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
