Occupational Therapist – Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation

Role: Occupational Therapist at an inpatient rehab hospital. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to adult patients recovering from complex medical and surgical conditions.Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.Perform activities of daily living (ADL) and cognitive retraining.Assist with discharge planning and educate patients and families.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and support organizational initiatives.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.
