Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital in East Grand Rapids, Michigan, provides high quality, compassionate, and personalized medical care since 1846. The hospital offers inpatient care in 248 private patient rooms and outpatient services for medical, surgical, and specialty care.
Responsibilities
- Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
- Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- PREFERRED: Master's Degree.
- LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan.
- Upon Hire: CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Upon Hire: LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan.
- Home Care Business Lines: Upon Hire: CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required OrCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required.
