Responsibilities
- Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care to provide various imaging and radiologic procedures
- Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to imaging and/or UCHealth
- Welcome new knowledge in a fast paced, innovative clinical environment
- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care
- Create tailored intervention plans focused on helping patients develop, regain, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work and leisure activities
- Facilitate Participation in Meaningful Activities by focusing on helping patients achieve independence and satisfaction, often through creative problem-solving and teaching new ways to perform tasks
- Provide education and training to patients, their families, and caregivers on their condition, treatment strategies, safety precautions, the the us of adaptive equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Preferred: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire

- Experience in acute care setting preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Schedule
Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
