About the role

This position provides comprehensive occupational therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning, discharge planning, documentation, and communication. The Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) advances from entry to advanced levels based on experience and education, maintaining responsibility for service delivery according to professional standards and ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapy interventions through direct, monitored, or consultative approaches
  • Coordinate discharge planning and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or higher with certification from an AOTA-accredited institution
  • Washington Occupational Therapist License and BLS certification upon hire
  • Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
  • Adherence to professional standards and ethical practices
