Requirements
- Education and/or Experience: The Occupational Therapist is a graduate of an occupational therapist Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate accredited degree program.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current, active Occupational Therapist License in Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure exam. Current CPR Certification.
What You’ll Do
- Provide client-centered occupational therapy across preventive, acute, and rehabilitative care.
- Support individuals’ physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and sensory needs to promote independence, well-being, and meaningful participation in daily life.
- In a consultative role, assist with mental health screening, assessment, and care coordination—helping patients maximize function and reduce the need for higher levels of care.
- This role spans preventive, acute, and rehabilitative care, with a strong focus on helping patients build independence, prevent decline, and reduce the need for more intensive services—while delivering compassionate, high-quality occupational therapy every step of the way.
