Occupational Medicine Physician (MD or DO)

About The Role

The Portland Clinic is seeking an experienced, board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine Physician to join their team. This role will focus on delivering comprehensive occupational health services to local businesses and their employees, emphasizing preventive care, injury management, and health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to workers with occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Perform medical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Conduct physical examinations, including drug/alcohol testing and DOT/OSHA-related exams when required.
• Manage and document cases according to Concentra policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure clinical operations align with The Portland Clinic standards
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification (ACOEM) in Occupational Medicine preferred
• Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience in occupational health, worker's compensation, and workplace safety
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
