Responsibilities
- Provide medical consultation on pesticide-related illnesses
- Review medical records and clinical documentation
- Support public health investigations
- Prepare medical reports and recommendations
- Conduct research related to pesticide exposure and occupational health
- Provide medical guidance to state public health professionals
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California Physician License (in good standing)
- Expertise in Occupational Medicine, Environmental Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Pesticide Toxicology
- Spanish fluency is required
- Strong medical record review and report-writing experience
- Ability to provide telephone consultation during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT, excluding California State Holidays)
- Three professional/client references
