Occupational Hand Therapist

EvergreenHealth is seeking a motivated and skilled Hand Therapist to join our expanding Outpatient Therapy Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate patient care.

Primary Duties

• Provide evidence-based evaluations and treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes for patients with upper extremity conditions.
• Develop realistic and meaningful treatment goals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate reliability in attendance, punctuality, and follow-through on all responsibilities.
• Complete documentation and clinical duties in alignment with organizational policies, values, and timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations.

License, Certification, Education or Experience

• REQUIRED for the position: Baccalaureate, Master’s Degree, or certificate in Occupational Therapy. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in WA State. Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification (or obtained by date of hire).
• Knowledge and training in caring for patients from young adult through geriatric populations.
• REQUIRED for the position: Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.
• DESIRED for the position: Active membership in a professional organization related to hand therapy or rehabilitation. 2 years Hand Therapy experience.

Pay

The wage range for this position is $48.66 - $77.84 per hour. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
