Responsibilities

  • Therapists are responsible for the application of current knowledge, theory, evidence and sound clinical judgment in patient management.
  • Works closely with the patient, family and other members of an interdisciplinary team to provide efficient and effective individualized patient care.
  • Serves as advocates and promoters of health, wellness, and fitness to all stakeholders.
  • Serves as educators and mentors for therapy students, peers and other medical professionals.
  • Aids in department and program planning.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making and problem solving.
  • Prefers board certification in clinical specialty area and/or advanced degree in health care field.
  • Prefers active participation within professional organization.
  • Current occupational therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota.

Compensation Detail

$76,731.20 - $115,003.20 / year

Schedule

Full Time
Monday-Friday 8-5
Regular rotations for working Sat and Sun per patient need requirements
