About the role
This is a full-time role based in Hawthorne, CA, involving 40 hours of patient-facing care per week.
- Managing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits onsite at a unique employer health clinic
- Evaluating, treating, and following up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
- Managing the testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting occasional telehealth visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing your specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures
- Possibly supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues as the need arises
Requirements
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine residency program
- Occupational Health or Workers Comp experience required
- Occupational Health clinical experience required
- Workers Compensation experience required, including experience working with adjusters, RFAs, AOE/COE, work restrictions, etc.
- Board Certified in Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date (preferred)
- State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $300,000 to $318,750 annually based on 40 hours per week of patient care. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be available for candidates exceeding specified qualifications.
