About the role

UNC Health Southeastern, in partnership with UNC Health Medical Group, is actively recruiting a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join their dynamic and growing practice in Lumberton, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Lucrative base salary, enhanced for rural location, plus RVU-based production incentives and quality bonuses
  • Athletic incentives including monthly residency stipend, loan repayment/retention bonus, signing bonus, and relocation
  • Rural incentives including single office location in Lumberton; deliveries and surgeries performed at UNC Health Southeastern
  • Single office location in Lumberton; deliveries and surgeries performed at UNC Health Southeastern
  • 4.5-day workweek with an average of 22 patients per day in clinic
  • Call schedule: 1:5 to 1:6 with home call and midwives taking first call
  • Dedicated OR block time and access to da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system
  • EPIC electronic medical record system
  • Medical Student, Resident and APP teaching opportunities available

Requirements

  • MD or DO with eligibility for medical licensure in North Carolina
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
