Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive OB/GYN services, including approximately 600 annual deliveries
- Collaborating with Maternal-Fetal Medicine support and a dedicated team of medical assistants and nurses
- Managing a manageable patient load of 15-20 patients per day
- Participating in a shared call rotation, typically 1:5, to ensure sustainable workload
- Providing care in a supportive environment designed to reduce burnout and promote work-life balance
Qualifications and Skills
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with OB/GYN specialization
- Experience in full-spectrum women’s health preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to community health and mission-driven care
