• Practice currently has 3 OB/GYN physicians and 2 midwives, recruiting a 4th physician.
• Midwives take first call during week and weekend call.
• Established practice that has built up a strong patient base and provide excellent women's healthcare for more than 30 years.
• Wilson Medical Center provides the da Vinci robotic system for GYN surgical procedures.
• Daily clinic patient census: 25-30 daily with in-office procedures.
• 1 call day per week and 1 weekend coverage per month.
• 15-18 deliveries per month.
• 4 weeks of vacation to start.
• $320k first year guaranteed salary.
• $30K Sign on and $30K retention bonus.
• $625 paid for every call shift.
• $15K Relocation stipend.
