MaineHealth is seeking a full or part-time BC Obstetrician Gynecologist for two internal float pool positions. This role provides the opportunity to work at MaineHealth hospitals in a flexible capacity, including office, gynecologic surgery, and obstetrics. The position offers an exciting chance to deliver exceptional care while maintaining a strong work-life balance and a flexible schedule.

The physician will serve as an attending physician in a rotating capacity across all MaineHealth community hospitals with delivery services, including:

  • MaineHealth Franklin Hospital in Farmington
  • MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital in Damariscotta
  • MaineHealth Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick
  • MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital in Rockport
  • MaineHealth Stephens Hospital in Norway
  • MaineHealth Maine Medical Center in Biddeford
  • MaineHealth Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care in a rotating capacity across multiple MaineHealth hospitals
  • Practice independently in rural locations
  • Work collaboratively in changing team environments

Requirements

  • Board Certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Ability to be licensed in Maine and New Hampshire
  • 5 or more years of experience in full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

Qualifications

  • MD/DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Pay

Annual base salary for this position is $385,000.
