Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Position Summary

The OB/GYN provides obstetric and gynecological care to the patients of Saint Anthony Hospital and participates in initiatives to ensure the Hospital and practice meet their goals and objectives. The role involves evaluation and treatment, obstetric and gynological consultation, responding to calls or consults, and providing evaluation, treatment, admission, and ongoing inpatient management services to patients of private physicians with obstetric or emergent surgical gynecologic needs.

General Job Requirements

• Must have permanent, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Illinois
• Must remain board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Must demonstrate a history of cooperative relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers including nurse midwives, administrators, and patients
• Must have excellent communications skills
