Responsibilities
- Identify, compile and publish aging, obsolete and excess inventory for liquidation and other actionable dispositions.
- Work directly with liquidators to present close out items at best pricing to ensure highest financial return on inventory.
- Determine financial benefit of donation versus liquidation through collaboration with Finance on pricing matrix guidelines and periodic reassessments.
- Proactively identify future obsolete and excess inventory risk through inventory and forecast analysis and mitigate loss through opportunities and recommendations.
- Analyze, track, and prepare materials regularly for reporting to upper and executive management (data summaries/dashboards, PowerPoint presentations).
- Coordinate and manage projects with distribution centers and other cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines or actionable dispositions, and maintain appropriate inventory accuracy.
- Identify and implement O&D Reduction initiatives and continuous improvement ideas.
- Recommend strategies and corrective action plans for category reduction, mitigate loss and drive results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or similar field.
- 1-2 years of supply planning or inventory planning experience required.
- Experience managing obsolete and excess inventory (Raw Material, Packaging, Finished Goods) preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- ERP System experience required, preferably JDE.

- Ability to understand and report detailed analytics, leveraging data from across the supply chain and multiple systems.
- High accuracy with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
- Leverage KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $56,100.00 - $93,500.00
