OBGYN Sebring FL - $325K+ Base Salary/Early Sign-on Bonus

About the role

Florida Woman Care, part of Unified Women's Healthcare, is seeking a Full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join the team in Sebring, FL – the City on the Circle. Board Certified/Board Eligible, experienced and resident physicians are encouraged to apply. The practice is a busy, established, newly remodeled office with a large staff of 22 employees, including mammogram, ultrasound and surgical suites.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 2.5 days per week in clinic
• One surgery day per week
• Two days per week covering Labor & Delivery (flexible)
• Average daily patient census of 35‑40
• Average deliveries of 40‑60 per month
• 1:5 weekend call (Midwives take first call; physicians take second call from home)
• Deliveries performed at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital; GYN surgeries performed at HCA Highlands Hospital

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Experienced or resident physicians welcome to apply

Pay

Above average base salary with productivity bonuses that provide the opportunity to double your salary in year 2.

Schedule

Typical schedule: ~2.5 days clinic, 1 surgery day, 2 days L&D coverage per week, with flexible arrangements and the ability to discuss customized schedules (e.g., 2 weeks on/2 weeks off). Call structure is 1:5 weekend call, with midwives handling first call and physicians taking second call from home.
