Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Current Unrestricted State Medical License
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

Pay

• Base salary: $275,000 per year (years one and two)
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $50,000 retention bonus
• Annual productivity bonus (starting at employment)
