About the role

Florida Woman Care is seeking an OBGYN Physician for its affiliated practice in Sarasota, FL. The practice is part of Unified Women's Healthcare, the largest physician‑owned Ob‑Gyn network in the nation with over 900 affiliated practices and 2,500 providers across 17 states and Washington, DC. Sarasota lies along the Gulf of Mexico, about an hour south of Tampa, offering white‑sand beaches (Siesta Key), cultural arts, nightlife, nature preserves, and a variety of housing options with top‑rated schools.

Responsibilities

• Large practice with five office locations; flexibility to choose work site.
• Current staff includes four MDs (one urogynecologist) and the addition of an OBGYN for growth, plus four CNMs and eight NPs.
• Deliveries performed at Sarasota Memorial Hospital (897‑bed, Level III NICU).
• GYN surgeries performed at Doctor's Hospital/HCA, which utilizes three robotic systems.
• MFM physician care provided for all patients.
• Mentorship and a family‑oriented environment.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Current unrestricted Florida State Medical License or ability to obtain.
• Current unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain.

Pay

• Competitive base salary starting at $375,000, with potential increase based on experience.

Schedule

Call schedule: 1:5 weekdays and 1:4 weekends.
