About the role

The role involves establishing an established OB/GYN service line with high patient demand, delivering mixed OB + GYN care with continuity of patients, and participating in robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery. It also includes maintaining and expanding minimally invasive surgical skills within a team-based model designed to allow physicians to practice at the top of their license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full spectrum OB/GYN care with Epic
• Participate in robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery
• Support patients with multidisciplinary care team including APPs, BHCs, social workers, and dietitians
• Collaborate with other providers and staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
• Maintain and expand minimally invasive surgical skills

Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited OB/GYN residency
• Interest in full-scope OB/GYN care
• Commitment to high-quality, community-based medicine
• New graduates welcome
• Spanish language skills encouraged but not required

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in OB/GYN
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Pay

Starting total compensation approximately $376,000, with substantial upside potential. Proven earning potential of $450,000+.

Schedule

Full-time, exempt status. Exempt from overtime.
