About the role

We are growing and seeking a Full Time OB-GYN Physician to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Offer complete female healthcare services including teen health, family planning, pregnancy care, reproductive, menstrual, breast, and sexual health, menopause, and more.
• Schedule routine checkups, prenatal appointments, lab tests, and complex gynecologic procedures at our state-of-the-art facilities.
• Support rotating clinical staff and provide office procedures such as NST's, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies, and 3D mammograms.
• Enjoy strong surgical opportunities with robotic options and access to in-house specialists like urogynecology and chronic pelvic pain.
• Work at three convenient locations in the Birmingham area with a predictable 4-day work week in the main location plus one day per week at a satellite location.
• Manage an average of 20-25 patients per day, with a mix of shared OB and gynecology services, and deliver an average of 85-100 babies per month.
• Handle 1 call day per week combined with 1 weekend call every 5th week, including weekends.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• At least 4 years of experience in OB-GYN preferred.
• Strong administrative support and educated staff.
• Experience with office procedures and surgical support.
• Knowledge of hospital privileges and level 3 NICU.

Pay

Competitive Base Salary with 2 year guarantee (dependent on experience) and robust Production Bonus plan!

Schedule

Predictable Schedule: 4 days per week in Main Location + 1 day per week at satellite location.
