Practice Highlights
- 18-22 patients per day in clinic
- 10 call shifts per month
- Block OR time
- Certified Nurse Midwife Support plus RN/MA
Responsibilities
- Meet with new patients to assess symptoms, needs, and/or problems
- Perform routine exams and check ups based on best practices
- Conduct follow-ups with patients to monitor and track their condition
- Monitor and treat patients during pregnancy and childbirth
- Participate in call rotation
- Makes all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen
- Manages and oversees the physician/patient relationship
- Participates in system-wide health management initiatives
- Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops
Additional Job Description
MD/DO Board-eligible or certified in OB/GYN with State of New Mexico Medical License.
