Join a private group for a Laborist Role. NO CALL & No office or clinic duties.
Choose 1 of 2 Hospitals – 24‑hour shifts (majority) with some 12‑hour shifts; 2‑3 providers each daily clinic; Level 3 NICU with MFM on site; ~600 annual deliveries. Full‑time = 5‑9 (24‑hr) shifts per 28‑day block. Promotable to Site Director.
Responsibilities
- Deliver obstetrical and gynecological care to patients including but not limited to providing contraceptive services (at hospitals that provide contraceptive services)
- Deliver direct patient care to high‑risk patients including situations where Maternal Fetal Medicine support may only be available by telephone or video consultation
- Participate daily in Labor and Delivery board rounds
