ObGyn Hospitalist Physician

About the Role

Private practice hiring OBGYN Laborists due to growth. Cover just one location in a diverse Illinois community with a service area of over 150,000 people (expanding to over 1 million with outlying clinics and urgent cares). The area offers three colleges, lakes, fine dining, microbreweries, museums, and year-round family events. A new mega sports complex opening this fall will add shopping, hotels, and dining options.

• 100% inpatient hospital labor & delivery unit coverage
• Full-time considered six 24-hour shifts (no call)
• Level 2 Nursing designation
• Join a team of 4.5 24/7 anesthesia providers
• Part-time 1099 option available (minimum 2 shifts per month)
• Combination of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts currently available

Pay

• $35,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year shareholder track
• $205 per hour (negotiable)
• 1099 option with same hourly rate and fewer hours

Requirements

• Ability to obtain/maintain a medical license in Illinois
• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Medical Doctor with or without U.S. residency and current U.S. work visa
