About the role

A well‑established hospital in the Philadelphia metro area is expanding its OB/GYN team and seeking an attending physician (attending, laborist, or hospitalist) to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. The practice serves women of all ages, offering obstetrics, routine gynecological exams and tests, treatment of gynecological disorders, and menopause management. Located in a charming, family‑friendly community with well‑kept homes, walkable streets, excellent public and private school options, tree‑lined streets leading to parks and public gardens, active civic organizations, and convenient rail access to downtown Philadelphia for sports and cultural events.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric care, routine gynecological exams and tests, treatment of gynecological disorders, and menopause management.
• Work as an attending, laborist, or hospitalist within a comprehensive OB/GYN team.
• Utilize onsite robotic technology for surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with ample support staff, including neonatologists.
• Contribute to high surgical volume (approximately 2,600–2,700 deliveries annually).
• Adjust focus between obstetrics and gynecology, with option to emphasize gynecology as desired.

Pay

$328,913.00 – $574,662.00 annual salary.

Schedule

• Ability to set clinical schedule to 3‑day or 4‑day work weeks.
• Minimal call obligations – approximately two 24‑hour call shifts per month.
