OBGYN Physician

Seeking an experienced OB/GYN physician to join an established team in a mixed inpatient/outpatient setting. Provide outpatient care four days a week, manage 24-hour in-house call with an average of three deliveries per day, aiming for a 1:10 call ratio as staffing increases.Perform approximately four hours of surgeries weekly, including robotic-assisted procedures using the da Vinci Surgical System, and handle hospital-based cases.Access subspecialty support and participate in expanding Women’s Services, including a new 24/7 Certified Nurse Midwife model and dedicated Obstetric Emergency Department.Evaluate and treat patients, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure quality and cost-effective care.Accept patient referrals, act as admitting or consulting physician, and participate in medical education and research as needed.Maintain proper documentation, handle insurance appeals, and engage in inpatient/outpatient consultations, including on-call duties. Qualifications include MD/DO credentials from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board and preferred Advanced Life Support certification.
