About the role
Facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures. Provides care to obstetrical patients by functioning as a member of the surgical team, performing scrub duties. Supports the unit by performing clerical, stocking, and transporting services when not functioning as a member of the surgical team. Responsible for patient registration. Answers call lights, telephones, and relays messages to appropriate personnel.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a Program in Surgical Technology preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) American Hearth Association (AHA) required
