About the Role

Join our surgical team as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in Labor & Delivery, providing vital support during surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, maintaining, and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment.
• Adhering strictly to aseptic protocols to safeguard patient health.
• Anticipating surgeons' needs and efficiently supporting various surgical procedures.
• Collaborating with the surgical team in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CST credential from a CAAHEP-accredited program.
• Current BLS certification, maintained throughout employment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull 125 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
