About the role

The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-based environment and be committed to delivering high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care while fostering positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, obstetric triage, gynecologic consultations, emergent gynecologic surgeries and management of acute clinical issues.
  • Enjoy a sustainable schedule of 7 to 8 twenty-four-hour shifts per month.
  • Practice in a 269-bed community hospital with approximately 140 deliveries per month.
  • Collaborate with a Level II-B NICU team providing care for newborns delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond.
  • Work alongside experienced CNMs every shift and supported by dedicated OB/GYN back-up coverage.
  • Utilize a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record platform across the health system, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

Requirements

  • Current Colorado medical license.
  • ABOPO certification preferred.
  • Experience in hospitalist care preferred.

Qualifications

  • Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay

The pay range for this full-time position is $324,000 to $360,000 annually.
