About the role
Seeking an OB Hospitalist for locums coverage in a Washington State facility.
Responsibilities
- Managing approximately 600 annual deliveries
- Providing clinic/outpatient care
- Covering Level II NICU cases
- Providing quality obstetric care
- Managing deliveries
- Supporting the NICU team
- Emphasizing patient-centered care and collaboration with hospital staff
Schedule
- Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM clinic shifts, with on-call duties at a nearby hotel for 24-hour coverage
- Openings: 10–12 shifts per month, with flexibility for 12-hour shifts if needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Board certification in obstetrics
- Ability to handle delivery and outpatient responsibilities
- Adaptability to shift schedules
- Strong clinical skills and the capacity to work independently
