Ob/GYN Physician - Locum Coverage

About the Role

Full-scope, on-site locum position in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The facility is a Level 3 Trauma center with full obstetric and gynecologic services, using EPIC EMR. Support staff includes family-trained physicians (FTPs) and one other locum. No government affiliation.

The area offers recreational activities, including outdoor pursuits and local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries and cesarean sections.
• Perform GYN surgeries.
• Support approximately 15-20 deliveries monthly; high-risk cases are transferred to a higher-level facility.
• Conduct clinical documentation via EPIC EMR.
• Respond to 24-hour beeper call in a full on-site setting.

Requirements

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
• Experience with high-risk patient management and surgical procedures preferred.
