About the role
Seeking a Board-Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist (MD) for inpatient, in-house call coverage with a 24-hour shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume obstetric and gynecologic caseload, with 2,700-3,000 annual deliveries.
- Respond to obstetric emergencies, perform deliveries, cesarean sections, and gynecologic interventions.
- Provide comprehensive patient care during assigned shifts, maintaining documentation via EPIC EMR system.
- Ensure continuous availability with Level III NICU support onsite and backup coverage.
Requirements
- Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Prescriptive authority.
- Experience managing high-acuity obstetric cases and emergencies.
