OB/GYN Physician

About the role

Join a well-established practice southeast of Atlanta as a dedicated OB/GYN within a collaborative team of 6 OB/GYNs, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife, and 2 Nurse Practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage a balanced patient load with fewer than 20 patients daily
• Perform 25–30 deliveries per month as part of the group
• Offer flexible OB/GYN practice proportions, from 50/50 to up to 70% OB
• Work a 4-day week with office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (last patient at 3:30 PM)
• Share call duties (1:6), with the hospital just a 5-minute walk and the office across the street

Requirements

• Compassionate, motivated physician with OB/GYN expertise
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide patient-centered care
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay

$300,000 salary with productivity bonuses.
