OB/GYN Nocturnist/Generalist - Lebanon, NH

About the role

The Obstetrics and Gynecology team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Nocturnist or Generalist to join their collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily night shifts as the in-house attending OB/GYN, providing obstetrical care as well as urgent gynecological care to patients.
• Provide care to obstetrical and gynecology patients in the outpatient setting, the Birthing Pavilion, the inpatient setting and in the operating room.
• Average around 1,300 deliveries a year, covering a 24/7 service as well as 650 gynecologic surgeries annually.
• Teach residents and medical students and engage in research endeavors.

Requirements

• At least several years of experience in a high-acuity obstetrical unit.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO).
• Post graduate training in residency program.
• Current New Hampshire Medical License.
• Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years).
• Active hospital staff membership.
