Role Overview
This position involves providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care within a multi-specialty clinic environment. Responsibilities include managing women's health from general gynecological issues to pregnancy and reproductive system concerns, with a focus on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions such as cancers, hormonal and pelvic disorders, and prenatal care. Providers deliver evidence-based, patient-centered, and value-based care, fostering a respectful and compassionate environment. They are expected to grow professionally, meet high ethical standards, and contribute to improving patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary and specialized OB/GYN care across a woman's lifetime.
- Diagnose, treat, and counsel patients on a variety of health issues related to women's reproductive health.
- Provide prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to best practices.
- Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited medical school with completed residency or in residency.
- Licensed in the State of Texas.
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.
- Optional: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
