OB/GYN Locum Tenens Coverage

About the role

This role involves providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a level IV trauma outpatient clinic. The clinician will manage 1-2 deliveries daily, handle routine and emergency cases, and perform patient assessments during day shifts and call periods. The position focuses on adult patient care in an on-site setting with no government affiliation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OB-GYN services through clinic appointments and call coverage
• Manage deliveries and gynecologic emergencies
• Ensure documentation accuracy in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with support staff, including 2 midwives

Requirements

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Prescriptive authority
• Experience managing routine and emergency OB-GYN cases
• Strong documentation and communication skills
