OB/GYN - Locum Tenens Coverage

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) for inpatient coverage in a hospital with a Level II NICU, supporting approximately 196 deliveries annually. The role involves 24-hour shifts, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including performing circumcisions and assisting with procedures using hospitalist backup. The clinician will utilize the Epic EMR system and collaborate with hospitalists for gynecologic coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour inpatient coverage for obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Perform circumcisions and assist with other procedures, supported by hospitalist backup.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation.
• Collaborate with hospitalists for gynecologic coverage.
• Provide call coverage as required.

Requirements

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (negotiable for qualified candidates).
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology, with the ability to work independently in a high-volume setting.
