OB/GYN Laborist Opportunity

Role Overview: This position is for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Laborist to join a growing labor and delivery practice at a Level III NICU-equipped birthing center. Key Responsibilities: Provide obstetric care for approximately 20-25 deliveries per month, including C-sections. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment with inhouse lab, ultrasound, OB anesthesia, and Maternal Fetal Medicine services. No Gyn ED call coverage required. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience (5+ preferred), be board certified or eligible, and possess strong communication skills. Spanish speaking skills are a plus. Work Environment & Schedule: Flexible schedule with 12- or 24-hour shifts, promoting work-life balance in North Central Indiana.
