About the Role

Join a well-established practice located southeast of Atlanta, offering a balanced work-life environment and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of 6 OB/GYNs, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife, and 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Manage a patient load of fewer than 20 patients daily
• Perform 25–30 deliveries per month as a group
• Provide a flexible OB/GYN mix, from 50/50 to up to 70% OB
• Work a 4-day week with office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Share call responsibilities (1:6), with day call located nearby and hospital within walking distance

Qualifications & Skills

• Compassionate and motivated OB/GYN with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to handle a balanced patient caseload and deliveries
• Interest in work-life balance and long-term growth
